We produce cold meats that have been recognised as the best in Italy
Our free-range animals and the cold meat processing plant belonging to our family are found in the vicinity of the agri-tourism. The plant produces high quality Tuscan cold meats, which are still made using artisan and traditional methods.
Guests staying at the agri-tourism can visit both the animal breeding and meat processing sections, so that they can get to know the methods used to process cold meats and the entire process that result in these top quality products. The Tuscan fennel salami – la “Sbriciolona” was awarded a prize in 2012 as the best in Italy.
