Terms and conditions
The price of the apartments is per accommodation, not per person and includes:
- Electricity
- water and gas
- Bed linen and bath towels (shower towel - face and bidet)
- Initial and final cleaning
The following are not included in the price:
• Heating (from October 15 to April 15) €10.00 per day
• Extra bed €10.00 per person per day
Our restaurant prices per person per day are as follows:
• Buffet breakfast €15.00 - €12.00 if booked for the entire stay
• Dinner €33.00/38.00 depending on the menu of the day - €33.00 if booked for the entire stay (usually 4 courses), drinks not included.
• Half board €45.00 excluding drinks (in addition to the cost of the overnight stay), if booked for the entire stay.
Discounts for children based on age.
Regarding the restaurant, the choice can be made once you arrive and not necessarily at the time of booking.
At the time of booking, a deposit is required as a deposit of 30% of the total whichwill be paid upon departure. refundable, but for cancellations due to force majeure, it will remain valid for a couple of years. of
